Daniel Bruhl, who will be playing Baron Zemo in "Captain America: Civil War," shares that he will not be wearing the signature purple hood from the comics.

As Daniel Bruhl was promoting movie "Burnt" opposite Bradley Cooper, he told Business Insider that Baron Zemo will be without his trademark mask in Marvel's summer movie.

"He does not wear the mask," Bruhl explained. "You would be surprised, it's different than what you'd think. It's loosely connected to this character. But that's what I like about the Marvel guys, some of the characters and things they're dealing with always reference to current events so my character is from a different area than you would think."

Bruhl's character, Baron Zemo is known for his signature purple cloak to which he cannot take off after a Adhesive X was poured all over him following a skirmish with Captain America in the comics.

When asked if this will be the first and only time where Zemo will be seen by fans, the actor answered: "There's a possibility. That's the way it's written."

"Captain America: Civil War" will focus on heroes fighting with other heroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe over an issue with "superhero registration" Team Captain America on one side as for it and Team Iron Man over the other as against it, Cinema Blend reports.

The official synopsis of the third Captain America movie is as follows:

"Captain America: Civil War" picks up where "Avengers: Age of Ultron" left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity," Marvel's official website states. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain."

Chris Evans will reprise his role as Steve Rogers/Captain America including Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man, Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier, Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton/Hawkeye, Paul Bettany as The Vision and Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/Falcon.

They will be joined by Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch and Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/Ant-Man.

Marvel's "Captain America: Civil War" will be showing in theaters on May 6, 2016.
