The ultra-exclusive DB10 car from British auto makers Aston Martin, which was a bespoke model for the latest offering of the James Bond franchise "Spectre" film, will be up for grabs for those who would want to get a taste of how it feels driving like a real spy.

But not so fast, though, because there's a certain catch to it. For starters, the manufacturing company intends to auction off just one unit. So in all likelihood, you've got to be quite as cunning, or fortuitous, as a secret agent to be able to, actually, take one home. The DB10's won't have official pricing and release date as it never really went to production for the market, but exclusively custom-built for the Bond film.

"This is the first time we created a car that was completely bespoke for Bond," said David Adams, a spokesperson at Aston Martin, CNN Money reported. Only 10 units of the DB10 were produced and all of which would be for the film's disposal.

Even James Bond's main antagonist would have his own car made exclusively for him, the Jaguar C-X75 from another British manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover. The company built seven of these concept cars for the film and also provided 10 customized Land Rover Defenders and seven Range Rover Sport SVRs.

Another hurdle that this James Bond car's aspiring owner would have to deal with is the fact that the car has no necessary road certifications for driving. Those who plan on getting their hands on it would have to either make do having a gander of it as part of one's collection, or content himself with backyard driving—now, that's not so sleek, huh.

In a statement, Aston Martin said that they were delighted with the idea that James Bond will be driving one of their cars again. The design team of the company led by Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman worked closely with the film director, Sam Mendes, to create this spy car, which would also mark the 50-year partnership between the car maker and James Bond, AutoCar reported.

The DB10 will be sporting an Aston Martin 4.7-liter V8 engine and a six-speed manual transmission, which will translate into a speed of 60 mph in 4.7 seconds. The design resembles a shark and will have the lowest nose from any Aston Martin-made car, Forbes wrote.

The movie "Spectre" will hit the theaters in the U.S. on Nov. 6. You can check out the video of the Aston Martin DB10 below from YouTube/Jay Leno's Garage channel.
