It does not happen very often and it is not so "Apple-ish" of them to do so, but Apple fans would take the offer just the same.

It seems like the people from Apple have woken up from the right side of the bed lately with their latest in-store promo offer that lets their buyers avail of a $50 discount on an Apple Watch Sport or an Apple Watch upon purchasing any of the new iPhones, such as the latest iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, according to MacRumors.

This generous offer from Apple will only be available at some participating Apple stores, and won't last forever, of course. The $50 off on selected watches will run for a limited time starting Oct. 30 up to Nov. 15, 2015. The Apple Watch Edition and Apple Watch Hermès models won't be included in the promo. The discounted Apple watch and iPhone must also be purchased on one transaction only.

Some of the Apple stores which would be included for the giveaway were located in the Bay Area and Boston, The Verge also reported. You can head to and check out the nearest Apple store in Burlingame, Chestnut Street, Corte Madera, Hillsdale, San Francisco and Stonestown in the Bay Area; and Boylston Street, Burlington, CambridgeSide and Chestnut Hill in the Boston metro area.

Meanwhile, it seems like Apple and Samsung, the two biggest competitors in consumer electronics, have found a common ground to work together and set their rivalry aside even for one instance. According to an article from Valuewalk, the pair may ink a contract that would allow Samsung to produce some of the screen orders for Apple Watch smartwatch and, possibly, for the screen technology in the iPhone 7.

Apple is rumored to have been considering the use of OLED display for the iPhone7. The screen technology used by Samsung and other Android phone makers, and has been getting a lot of positive reviews. But, nothing has been cast in the stone as of yet.

The iPhone 7 release date won't be until the anticipated date on September 2016. According to Mac World, some of the rumored specs and features gathered around the web include an A10 processor that will have six cores (instead of two), wireless charging, a new battery technology which include stacked battery cells for more battery volume, an upgrade in the storage capacity from having the baseline changed to 32GB rather than the previous 16GB, a naked eyes 3D screen which is a 3D display feature without the use of 3D glasses, a pre-installed sim card, increased megapixel rating for both rear and front cameras, and a new anti-heating technology. The price of iPhone 7 could range between $900-$1000, depending upon the location, says iPhone7Buzz.
