Demi Moore walked at the arrivals area of the 2015 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards in New York in a black dress that nicely fit on her sexy form.

According to Celebrity Health & Fitness, the secret to Moore's sexy bikini body is yoga and a raw vegan diet. She mostly eats green juices, soups, organic fruits and vegetables, and soups.

With regards to her glowing skin, Moore credits her beauty secret to fragrance-free moisturizer.

"My skin is very sensitive, so I use only fragrance-free, simple, pure products," said Moore, according to Examiner. "And I moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! If you focus on good skin care, your skin will be balanced, and then you really won't need a lot of makeup."

The outlet reported that Moore had an obsession with being young and thin that her exercise regimen pushed her to her physical limits. She used to run six miles per day, lift weights for two hours and do long-distance cycling as well.

The former model also shared that she had a skewed relationship with her body.

"I have had a love-hate relationship with my body," Demi said. "I sit today in a place of greater acceptance of my body. And that includes not just my weight, but all of the things that come with your changing body."

She tried to do her best to stay sexy but was enlightened when she realized that beauty and thinness will not matter in the long run.

"I had an extreme obsession with my body," Moore explained. "I tried to dominate it, which I did, and I changed it multiple times over. But it never lasted, and ultimately it didn't bring me anything but temporary happiness."

Today, the actress mainly does yoga and Pilates to keep her body fit.

The Mirror also reported that Moore takes regular classes at Bikini Bootcamp to which other celebrities such as Drew Barrymore. Cameron Diaz and Reese Witherspoon have in common.

A respondent for the outlet tried out the exercises and classes that Moore reportedly takes. The session started with a Harp Yoga where you do the hatha moves to the sound of a huge hard.

It then proceeded to a "Mexican Temazcal" or a sweat lodge intended to make you sweat out the toxins of your body. It was then followed by a session of being slathered in Mayan Clay to which after it was dried was washed off in the nearby ocean. The responded stated that it made her skin smoother.

Afterward, a 90-minute session of "heart-whispering" which involves prodding and poking at various points on the back area. It ended with Tele Flow, an acrobatic exercise that is great for flexibility and core strength as you maneuver your body in a "giant silk swing."
