Recent photos on Instagram show a slimmer Anna Duggar, fueling speculations that the former reality TV personality is losing weight due to her husband's infidelities. Josh Duggar is currently in a Christian rehab seeking help for his sexual addictions, says Fashion N Style.

This was one of a few rare instances that 27-year-old wife had been seen in public since Josh's confession back in spring. Other public appearances include Jessa Duggar's birthday party and Amy Duggar King's wedding.

According to Examiner, the photo was posted by Amy Duggar King, Josh's cousin, saying, "Any negative comments will be deleted, just try me. She's beautiful!"

Fans of the TV show "19 Kids and Counting" blamed Josh's infidelity and molestation scandals for the female Duggar's apparent weight loss.

One user commented, "She's trying to be more attractive in the hopes her scumbag husband will stop sleeping with other women."

Examiner reports indicate that Josh opened two accounts on the Ashley Madison site. Ashley Madison offers online dating services to help married individuals find sexual partners.

In addition, Josh had also confessed to sexually molesting his sisters Jessa and Jill. The show "19 Kids and Counting" was cancelled in May 2015, prompting other companies to cancel their negotiations with the Duggar family.

Due to fears that Anna will leave him, Josh Duggar is reportedly pleading for the couple to have another baby.

In Touch Weekly says the 27-year-old Josh and his wife have four kids together: Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus and 4-month-old Meredith. Adding a fifth child appears unlikely according to HollywoodLife.com.

"Unfortunately for Josh, getting pregnant is the last thing on Anna's mind. She's been a single parent for the last few months and she knows that having another child is not going to fix their marriage," the anonymous source told the Hollywood publication.

Other members of the Duggar family are also getting into the mix. According to the same publication Josh's father, Bob Duggar, bought the couple a big house, hoping that this would convince Anna Duggar to stay with Josh.

Anna Duggar reportedly refused the offer, which is estimated to be worth $345,000, says Inquisitr.

Fashion N Style speculates that after the sex scandal broke, Anna Duggar went to stay in Florida where her parents reside. The Duggar children are with the husband's relatives in Arkansas.

The report says a series of specials will be looking into the lives of Josh's sisters and their husbands. "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" will air in late 2015.
