With Black Friday and cyber Monday near, it would be a good time to upgrade your console to a PlayStation 4 as companies give ridiculously low price discounts for game bundles like "Uncharted."

According to Game Zone, the PS4 bundle for "Uncharted Nathan Drake Collection" will be sold at $299 instead of its normal price of $349.99. You will be receiving a 500GB PS4 device and "Uncharted" games including "Uncharted: Drake's Fortune," "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves" and "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception."

The announcement was made on the PlayStation blog itself:

"It's an incredible price for an awesome PS4 bundle. We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends - and be sure to put this on your shopping list during Black Friday weekend because this deal won't last long!"

Softpedia reports that the price drop will only be available in Canada (for $369.99 CAD) and the United States starting Thursday until Cyber Monday. The collection will give unfamiliar players a lot of time to get to know the game franchise just in time for the launch of "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" on March 18 next year. The announcement comes before Naughty Dog will add in-game microtransactions and multiplayer beta on Dec. 4 to Dec. 14.

"Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" is supposedly the end of Nathan Drake's action-packed adventures. However, Game Rant reports that it may not be the end of the line for Drake.

"We're so busy on the actual game and I was talking to him (Neil, game director) and saying that we're taking a big risk here because we have no idea what we're going to do yet," Arne Meyer, Naughty Dog's Director of Communications said.

"Neil hasn't even begun to think about what the storyline for the single-player DLC is. Then obviously we don't have the resources to work on it because everyone's working on the game. We just know that we're going to do it."

With the compelling deal for its price, Sony looks like it is stepping up to its game to make impressions during the holidays against Xbox One to which according to Softpedia has led the sales of Oct. 2015. The sales lead will be decided between Nathan Drake fans and "Halo 5" fans.

GameStop has curated a list of PlayStation deals and bargains on their website for the upcoming weekend as well. Click here to view discounts for PlayStation consoles and games including "Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag" and "Ryse: Son of Rome."
