Samsung just made the Galaxy A series deal a whole lot sweeter as the 2016 editions have been upgraded but still remain affordable.

Samsung Galaxy A7, Galaxy A5 & Galaxy A3 will come out in April 2016.

The rebooted line comes in a genuine full metal body and is powered by octa-core processors and Android 5.1 Lollipop. The series comes with 16GB internal storage which can be extended up to 128 GB via a microSD.

"The line-up reinforces the Samsung Galaxy design heritage, combining metal and glass to create a beautiful premium exterior with a narrower bezel, for an exceptional viewing experience," Samsung wrote, as reported by Know Your Mobile.

The Galaxy A series also has a 13 MP primary camera and a 5 MP front camera.

[The smartphones] "also comes equipped with an enhanced camera system for brighter and clearer photos and videos," it said. "The advanced system includes Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) to prevent image blurring, as well as a front and rear F1.9 lens to allow users to take the best photos in dark conditions."

Now for the specs:

Samsung Galaxy A3 (2016)

This is considered to be the most low-end of the three in the A series. It lacks a fingerprint scanner and has the smallest screen at 4.7 inches with 720p quality. According to GSM Arena, there will be a Dual-SIM option for this phone.

Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016)

It has the second biggest screen at 5.2" and has been upgraded with Super AMOLED display at 1080p resolution. The rebooted A5 is a bit thicker at 7.3 mm and heavier at 155g. Its battery will last a bit longer at 2,900mAh.

Unlike the A3, this phone has a fingerprint scanner and Samsung Pay with MST. It will have a dual-SIM option as well.

Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016)

The A7 is the biggest of the three and the most high-end in the series. It has a 5.5" Super AMOLED screen with 1080p resolution.

It has similarities with Galaxy S and Note series as it is made with metal and glass, as can be seen in the other two series.

The battery is 3,300mAh and has a Fast Charging option. While the other two have 2 GB for RAM, this one gets an extra at 3 GB but the 16 GB memory remains the same for all three.

Like the A5, the Galaxy A7 has a fingerprint scanner and Magnetic Secure Transmission. It will have a dual-SIM version as well.
