It was not even a week since her recent pregnancy, but it seems like Nicole Natalie Marrow, more popularly known as Coco Austin or just Coco, is back in business. The American actress, model and reality TV star gave birth to her first baby, named Chanel Nicole, with husband, and American rapper and actor Ice-T.

Coco took it to her social media account to express her fulfillment as a woman and, in the process, show off her post-baby figure to her fans.

"Fresh out of the hospital..I can't believe I became a mommy to a beautiful baby girl 4 days ago.I'm feeling Fab! I'm a complete woman!!" Coco wrote in the caption of her Instagram post on Nov. 3, which has since earned more than 68,000 likes from her followers.

Coco shared on her blog that in order to lose weight and maintain a fit body, she was into portion-controlled high-protein diet, weightlifting, yoga, and cardio exercise on the treadmill and stationary bike. On her slimmer waist, Coco credited corset waist training, which has been also used by Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian for weight loss.

  • Her cardio regimen consists of 25 minutes of sprinting on the treadmill 3 times a week or attending a boxing, Zumba, kickboxing, dance or body-sculpting class. She said that she also tries to confuse her body by not repeating her routine every day. She even take her dogs out for some jogging at the park.
  • She goes to the gym to sweat it out for 30 minutes on treadmill while wearing sauna sweatsuit, which allows her to lose mostly water weight but also makes her feel rejuvenated and detoxified.
  • She also said that she does not have any diet but simply eats small portions of food throughout the day & don't eat a lot of sweets. She starts the day w/yogurt or oatmeal, with fish oil pills.
  • Lunges, lunges, and more lunges are the best way to keep your butt and thighs tight, she said. She also recommends holding 10-pound weights in each hand while doing it.
  •  According to Coco, the only way you'll see ripped abs is by consuming less fattening foods. On top of this, she also does ab exercises 5 days a week then finish it off with a 20-min cardio.
