Ariana Grande's recent post on Twitter has led media outlets and fans to speculate whether the artist has had plastic surgery.

On Dec. 11, Grande posted a series of pictures showing her carrying her dog as she was leaving the Los Angeles shop Gifts Et Al. The celebrity looked older, fueling speculations that the music star had been sick or had undergone surgery.

Celebrity Dirty Laundry says that the artist was "barely recognizable." Although she appeared perfectly healthy, the skin on the face appeared as if it was pulled tightly, to the point that she was squinting in the image.

Even her facial expression while walking was not left unnoticed. The same source speculated that the young star may have gotten fillers for the bottom part but not the top as she was unable to close her mouth.

An even earlier post on Twitter, dated at the end of November stated that the star was cancelling all of her upcoming concerts under the "Honeymoon Tour." The petite singer did not offer an explanation as to why she cancelled all her international concerts.

Could the two tweets be connected? A report of Kdramastars states that this odd behavior has led some of her fans to believe that she may be dealing with a family problem.

Ariana Grande is not new to rumors of undergoing cosmetic surgery, botched or not. Food World News says a few months ago, Grande was accused of getting lip fillers after attending events with fuller lips.

A spokesperson for the star dismissed the rumors saying, "There is no truth to this."

These rumors should be taken with a grain of salt as the star appears happy and healthy in subsequent photos. According to E! Online, the "Focus" singer attended a reunion with several former Nickelodeon stars.

Wearing a cheetah onesie, Grande looked nothing like her Los Angeles picture.

"We're such dorks, we sat around drinking wine & eating cookies watching 'Victorious' episodes & reminiscing. Very grateful for that time of my life," Victoria Justice wrote on her Instagram post.

"12/12/15 Off by a few days but we did it!" fellow actor Matt Bennett stated on his Instagram account.

Other "Victorious" stars who attended the pyjama-themed party included Avan Jogia, Elizabeth Gillies, Daniella Monet and Leon Thomas. The source says the 'Victorious' series was broadcasted between 2010 and 2013.

Was Grande's look last Dec. 11 a mere camera trick or did the star really undergo a cosmetic procedure? Let us know in the comments below.
