Just like any historical run in sports history, the winning streak for the Golden State Warriors has to end. As for the current NBA defending champs and league-leading team for the moment, the loss came courtesy of the streak busters Milwaukee Bucks, which is the very same team which put an end to the 1971-1972 Los Angeles Lakers amazing 33-0 winning streak.

The Bucks beat the Warriors at home Saturday night by a convincing 108-95.victory, USA Today reported. But, the Warriors, as painful as it was the loss for them, quickly bounce back like a real champion would do walloping and just venting out every frustration on the hapless Phoenix Suns which visited the Bay Area on Wednesday.

But, as it turns out, it was not the team in particular that the Warriors would want to demolish at every turn possible. They would want to exact revenge on the Bucks. And, it is not just because their win streak was cut short of the Eastern Conference team's victory, but because of how the celebration was done in a bad fashion.

Klay Thompson scored 27 of his season-high 43 points in the third quarter to help the Golden State Warriors dispose of the Phoenix Suns 128-103 and would, probably, want nothing else but to have a repeat performance for their rematch against the Bucks on Friday, Dec. 18. This time, the slugfest will be on their turf.

Thompson and teammate Draymond Green, apparently, took umbrage over how the Bucks' acted after the victory, particularly the antics of Bucks point guard Michael Carter-Williams, ESPN wrote.

"Michael Carter-Williams getting a dunk at the end of the game and looking at our bench like, 'Dude you lost your spot,'" Green said of Carter-Williams losing role as a starting point guard for Milwaukee. "So, it's not quite common that you should be looking toward someone's bench yelling. You've got some ground to make up."

As for Thompson, he said, "there's nothing wrong with the dunk, but the stare-down, trying to talk nasty in the game like that. And it's like, 'All right, you're going to see us next Friday and in our building, too.'"

"We're looking forward to it, man," he added. "Obviously, a team that gave us our one in the loss column, and we felt they could have won with a little more class."

The reigning MVP also had something to say on the issue. He said that the celebration was "nice" but they won't forget about it, Fox Sports also reported. He added that they are going to have a big game come Friday.
