Xbox One, Xbox 360 Free Games Available for Gold Members in January 2016; See the List Here!

Microsoft has just announced the list of games that can be downloaded this coming month of January 2016 and will come available for free to Xbox Live Gold subscribers as part of the tech giant's Games with Gold.

The lucky Xbox Live Gold members will get to have four new games for free, two each for Xbox One and Xbox 360, according to an article from MajorNelson.

"Games with Gold is coming to the rescue! On Xbox One, 'Killer Instinct: Season 1 Ultra Edition' - the premier, combo-based, butt-kicking, mano-e-mano extravaganza - is first among your free offerings, followed by a brand new title to Xbox One, 'Zheros,' an indie beat-em-up with an incredible art style," wrote Will Tuttle, Xbox Wire Editor In Chief, in his news article.

The Gold members will have free access to "Killer Instinct: Season 1 Ultra Edition" for the entire month of January while the new game "Zheros" will come at the latter part of the month.

"On Xbox 360, Games with Gold gives gamers a gearhead's dream with 'DiRT Showdown,' the most recent off-road racing experience from the well-known Colin McRae series. As well, Xbox 360 gamers get 'Deus Ex: Human Revolution,' the outstanding, multi-award-winning action RPG title that took the world by storm with its cyberpunk setting and deep, multi-pathed gameplay."

Gamers from the Xbox 360 platform will can get their hands on the racing game "Dirt Showdown" for free, which will be available for the first half of the month. "Deus Ex: Human Revolution" will, then, come during the second half of January.

The "Killer Instinct: Season One Ultra Edition" is the version of the fighting game that includes all of KI's Season One characters, bonus costumes and accessory packs, and a playable version of the 1994 original, Killer Instinct Classic, according to Gamespot.

"Killer Instinct: Season One Ultra Edition" regularly comes at a price of $39.99, while "Dirt Showdown" is regularly priced at $14.99 ERP and the "Deus Ex: Human Revolution for $14.99 ERP. Meanwhile, the games for the month of December will still be available for a week. So you can enjoy them while waiting for the upcoming January Games with Gold lineup.
