PS4, PS3, PS Plus Flash Sale Deals; Over 100 Games Available

Christmas may be over but not for PlayStation fans. The PlayStation Store is conducting another Flash Sale until Dec. 28, 11 am PT.

A total of 104 games for the PlayStation 4, 3 and the PS Vita console are up for grabs. Deep discounts for PlayStation Plus are also included in the last Flash Sale of the year.

Uber Gizmo says some of the best deals are offered for PlayStation 4 games including "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" at 33 percent off and the latest "Need for Speed" title which comes with a 60 percent discount. There are also massive discounts on 'Batman: Arkham Knight' and "Star Wars: Battlefront" among others.

Games for both the PlayStation 3 and 4 include "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" and "Grand Theft Auto V." For the PS Vita, there's "Amnesia: Memories" being offered at a quarter of the original retail price and 'Lego Jurassic World' at half the price.

Besides the Flash Sale, Sony is also conducting the third week of PlayStation Store Holiday Sale. Save up to 60 percent on a total of 80 games, add-ons and bundles for the PlayStation 4, 3, PSP and PS Vita.

Games such as "Destiny: The Taken King," "Little Big Planet: Marvel Super Hero Edition" and "Call of Duty: Black Ops III" available for purchase. The final Holiday Sale will begin on Dec. 29.

Although the discounts can be availed by all gamers, PlayStation Plus members get additional discounts.

On a down note for PlayStation Plus members, there won't be any additional updates on what games may be downloaded for free in January. Blog manager Fred Dutton answered questions from gamers on the PlayStation Blog regarding PS+ games for the first month of the new year.

"Things can change right up to the wire, so I'm reluctant to give a firm date. But at present, yes, the intent is to have the news for you mid-next week."

Based on the post, gamers can expect the latest update around the end of December. PlayStation Lifestyle says the January games will be ready for downloading from the PlayStation Store on Jan. 5 Tuesday.

For the rest of December, PlayStation Plus members can download games such as "Gauntlet: Slayer Section" for PS 4," "Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon" for PS 3 and "Freedom Wars" for PS Vita.
