For the Latin community, New Year is not the end of the holiday season. Families do not take Christmas decorations down until after Jan. 6., where Latinos celebrate Dia De Los Reyes or Three Kings Day. Of course, another holiday means extended celebration, party and feast. Treat your family and loved ones to a scrumptious spread by cooking these top five delicious food to celebrate Three Kings Day.

1. Marinated Pork Roast

What's a feast without protein? El Mejor Nido has spruced up an easy-to-follow recipe for a yummy marinated pork roast, featuring the flavors of annatto, garlic and coriander. This surefire star of Dia De Los Reyes requires the pork to be marinated overnight and then roasted for three hours. Pair it with some vegetables and a glass of rich wine for a delectable food experience with the whole family. Check out the recipe here.

2. Rosca de Reyes (Three Kings Bread)

Dia De Los Reyes will not be complete without Rosca de Reyes, a traditional bread that originated from the middle ages in Europe and brought to Latin America from Spain, per Latin Times. Babble notes that Rosca De Reyes usually has a small toy baby inside it. People will gather and have a slice of the bread, and whoever will get the toy baby inside will be the one to host a tamale dinner on Dia De La Candelaria. Three Kings Bread can be bought over the counter; however, if you don't mind putting extra love and effort, Presley's Pantry has created a recipe for you. Check it out here.

Enjoy this little piece of tradition with Mexican hot chocolate (see how to make one on the video below).

3. Ponche

This hot fruit punch is the perfect drink for festive celebrations as it is not only a great way to treat guests, but also warms up their insides. Babble has created a quick and easy recipe for an Apple Tamarind Ponche, which only requires four steps: mixing the ingredients in a pot (except the alcohol), boiling it for four hours, serving it in a hot cup and, finally, enjoying it with family and friends while having a good laugh.

Apple and Tamarind Ponche can be served with a small dash of tequila or whiskey for an added kick.

4. Tamales

Every day is a good day to eat Tamales, but for Dia De Los Reyes, level up this fare with chicken, poblano and cilantro. El Mejor Nido has prepared the perfect recipe for a delicious Chicken and Poblano Tamales with Cilantro Crema. Serve this and, surely, they will be gone in a blink. Check out the recipe here.

5. Buñuelos

Buñuelos are thin, fried pastry dusted with cinnamon sugar, which is a popular snack served during the holidays. For Three Kings Day, take the playful route and make star-shaped buñuelos. It's both entertaining and a fun treat to eat. You will only need vegetable oil, flour tortillas, sugar and cinnamon. Check out Babble's recipe for this holiday cookies or watch the video below.
