Supercell is plagued with several issues following their biggest update for Town Hall 11 in their popular online game "Clash of Clans." Fans and gamers did not accept the Personal Break feature well. The team has to modify and fix it to keep their fans in the battle. Now, the team is in the same controversy, this time, related to the looting feature.

Latinos Health reported earlier that fans were unimpressed with the changes in the looting feature. The "Clash of Clans" Town Hall 11 update has messed up the gameplay. The report stressed that the free shield is no longer offered when town halls are destroyed. So, it's no longer possible to sacrifice one to get a shield and farm for loot. With no easy way to stop attacks and collect resources, loot, which gamers use to strengthen their clan, becomes a struggle.

Despite the backlash, Supercell received from fans, they remain cooperative in working things out. After all, the success of "Clash of Clans" wouldn't be possible without the same individuals who are now asking them to make some changes with the looting feature.

Per Design&Trend, the developers have finally responded to their fans. They will solve the loot farming issues but the team offers compromises. They laid out their plans on what they will do and not do.

In the "Clash of Clans" forum, Supercell announced a maintenance break, where they will end the attack boost and extend the resource boost. "We're having a maintenance break shortly: the Attack boost is coming to an end but we're extending the resource boost until further notice, so you can continue boosting your Gold Mines, Elixir Pumps and Dark Elixir Drills for one gem each still."

The "Clash of Clans" team assured that they will be examining the whole resource system and improve the game economy overall. "We'll do our best to keep the maintenance short and sweet!" they wrote.

The update is already done.

Per The Bitbag, the "Clash of Clans" Shield System is already permanent. The new "Clash of Clans" shield forces players to place their Town Hall inside the walls and defenses, which makes looting a struggle.

Supercell said that they would look for other ways to alleviate the issue. The team remains true to their statement that each player's Town Hall is the heart of their village and should be defended from all types of attacks.

They discouraged placing Town Halls outside the walls. "Clash was never intended to be played that way - this change is here to stay," Supercell staff Anoushka said in a forum.
