After the success of "Sherlock's" Victorian special, "The Abominable Bride," fans are now looking forward to "Sherlock" Season 4 with more twists, mysteries and, possibly, a love story. iDigital Times reports that in Season 4, fans may see Molly Hooper ending up with another fellow, Lestrade. Will Sherlockians bid goodbye to the Molly-Sherlock love angle?

For the first three seasons, Molly (played by Louise Brealey) has initially been showing her affection and romantic feelings to Sherlock Holmes (played by Benedict Cumberbatch). However, in Season 3, Molly had a relationship with Lestrade, who, per the news outlet, has the same "eccentric" character like Detective Holmes, and there's a possibility that it's not just a temporary fling.

In an interview with Collider, Rupert Grave, who plays the character of Lestrade, hinted what will happen between his character and Molly.

"I think definitely Lestrade has got the hots for Molly. So maybe they’ll develop that. We don’t know what happens until we see the scripts, and that could literally be a couple of weeks before you film," Grave revealed in the interview while promoting ABC's new series "The Family."

During the interview, Grave also tried describing Lestrade in comparison to Sherlock by quoting Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. He said, “He’s not on the same level as Sherlock, but he’s the best of that lot, and I sort of approach him like that.”

Regarding Lestrade's relation with the eccentric detective after the events in Season 3, back in July, show creator Steven Moffat also told Collider, "I don’t really know yet. We bounce back to the Victorian era [for the special]. We’ll wait for the fourth [season] to see how that changes. I think it will deepen their love."

Meanwhile, in other "Sherlock" news, NME reported how "The Abominable Bride" slammed the Korean box office, even exceeding "Star Wars" in sales.

The one-off Christmas special of BBC garnered $4.4 million or 16.4 percent in revenue during the New Year weekend while "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" only had nine percent, a big decrease from its previous 22.1 percent. "The Abominable Bride" shows Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson (Martin Freeman) in the Victorian era to solve a murder case of a ghost bride.

The publication says that the new season will start filming in early 2016.
