Jessica Biel Post-Baby Weight Loss: Actress is Toned, Healthy 9 Months after Delivery

Jessica Biel was recently spotted at the Image Maker Awards in Los Angeles. Guess what? She is in incredible shape even though she only gave birth to son Silas nine months ago.

In an interview with Marie Claire, the actress discussed some issues she encounters now that she is officially a mom. Biel says she is torn between wanting to spend every experience with her new born and wanting to return to work.

"There's just so much going on when you have a child... it's a constant battle, because of the struggle to sort of take turns of who comes first -- how do you balance your home life, work life, social life and your own independent private life? I don't have the answer to that and I will probably continue to spend the rest of my life trying to find that balance," Biel told Marie Claire.

But giving birth did not really stop the 33-year-old actress as she is starring in the movie "Bleeding Heart."

But how did she go back to her stunning shape? Well, Biel has been known to be a health aficionado. Fitness Magazine has previously revealed that the actress is so strict when it comes to diet and workout. Biel also revealed she plays volleyball and does yoga. She also loves walking dogs. Biel is also known for eating Paleo diet which removes grains, dairy and legumes from one's diet.
