When it comes to beauty styles for this year, the "dulce de leche" makeup trend will be up on the list.

Latina released a list of products that are inspired by the yummy dessert. From lip products to eye shadow palettes, the "dulce de leche" trend will be a sweet twist in today's makeup routine.

"Pretty Little Liars" actress Shay Mitchell recently sported the "dulce de leche" makeup trend. The 28-year-old brunette beauty completely rocked the look when she hit the red carpet for the recently concluded People's Choice Awards. Shay's makeup artist Mary Phillips gave a couple of tips and Beauty Blitz shared a list of products that she used to achieve the warm caramel tone-inspired look.

For those who are interested to try out the "dulce de leche" beauty style, below are some products that will help you get on the trend:

Warm-Colored Foundations

Phillips revealed that she used three different shades of the Giorgio Armani Maestro Glow foundation to give a more realistic effect on the skin. She was aiming for a healthy 3-D skin that can only be achieved if more colors of foundations were combined.

Neutral Eyeshadows

On Shay's eyes, Phillips used the Armani Eyes to Kill palette in #10 Mirage. It mostly consists of browns and neutral shades that are easy to play with any kind of complexion. Those who are on a budget can opt for a cheaper alternative like Maybelline's The Nudes palette, which can easily be purchased in local shops or on Amazon

Bronzers

Bronzer was one of the best-selling beauty products last year. This product can be used by those who want to fake a tan or to give more definition to their face. Makeup brands like Benefit Cosmetics, Too Faced, Anastasia Beverly Hills and NYC make some of the more popular bronzers. For beginners who don't know how to use this method, Howcast's YouTube channel released a video tutorial.

Lip Care Products

Lip Smacker launched a product that is both functional and creative. The company released a dulce de leche-flavored lip balm that will not only taste like caramel but will also leave your lips moisturized.

Lipsticks and Lip Creams

One popular makeup trend from last year was brown lipstick and lip cream. Many makeup artists swear by products created by Colourpop Cosmetics, NYX, Gerard Cosmetics and Sephora. Lip cream products have become a huge hit because of the ease of application and its matte finish. Even reality star Kylie Jenner joined the trend and launched her own lip kit product that consists of three shades of lip creams in brown tones, Clever News from YouTube reported
