Harry Styles is no longer part of the famous British boyband One Direction. The teen signed a new deal with CAA's Jeffrey Azoff. Styles' old management executives wished the British heartthrob the best of luck as he signed on to his new agent.

"We wish Harry the very best. It has been a real pleasure working with him," Modest Management executives Richard Griffiths and Harry Magee told Billboard in a statement. "Harry is a total gentleman, and we know our good friend Jeffrey Azoff will look after him."

Styles may be launching his career as a new solo artist next year, a source told The Sun. He will be starting on a fresh new slate even if it means "disassociationg with the band" and any previous professional connections. Other bandmates Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson decided not to renew their contracts which mean the band's hiatus may be permanent after all.

Styles may also be signing on a new recording company. He could sign for Universal, Warner or Sony when the time comes. However, the ex-Directioner might be taking time off work and won't be going round to making the decision anytime soon.

Styles celebrated his 22nd birthday by surprising his fans with a tweet. The British heartthrob turned 22 on Monday and he tweeted a song quote from his famous fellow musician and ex-girlfriend, Taylor Swift. The line was from Swift's song called "22" from the Red album.

Styles briefly dated Swift and it was believed that he inspired some songs that his ex-gf wrote when they broke up. They dated for three months from Nov. 2012 to Jan. 2013.

Swift states that the song "Out Of The Woods" describes what she felt during her brief romantic interlude with Styles. When she performed the song at the Grammy museum, she told her fans that she felt "anxiety" during their whole fling, reports Daily Mail.

"'Because it felt very fragile, it felt very tentative," she said. "And it always felt like, 'Okay, what's the next road block? What's the next thing that's gonna deter this? How long do we have before this turns into just an awful mess and we break up? Is it a month? Is it three days?'"

Meanwhile, Styles denied the rumors during an interview with Late Late Show host James Corden whether the band's song "Perfect" was about Swift.
