Many fans are looking forward to seeing the next iteration of the popular video game "Red Dead Redemption." New rumors suggest that more details about "Red Dead Redemption" will be released in the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2016.

Per MNR, E3 2016 will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in June. Although gamers and fans are very excited to get their hands on "Red Dead Redemption 2," they cannot expect the game to arrive immediately.

The report suggests that Rockstar Games is targeting for a Q4 release date.

The developers did not confirm any detail about the upcoming title. However, rumors mills reported that "Red Dead Redemption 2" will be available on different platforms including Xbox One, PS4 and PC this coming October.

Meanwhile, there are rumors that the title's setting will be in Japan. However, this is unlikely because the game focuses on the Western area. Other reports claim that more states in the U.S. will be added in the gameplay including Utah, Arizona, Denver, New Mexico, Texas, Mexico, South Dakota and Louisiana.

"Red Dead Redemption 2" has been around the rumor mills for quite some time now. Rockstar Games remain mum about the title but two of their previous employees leak crucial information about the game.

Latinos Health previously reported about Danny Ross hinting a fan about the upcoming title. On a radio show, Ross, an ex-Rockstar employee was asked by a listener what fans could expect from Rockstar Games.

"Really? Dumbass. Really? Two," Ross responded. Gamers were quick to pick up the clues, suggesting that the first letter of every word stand for "Read Dead Redemption 2."

Aside from Ross, AnonDN1978, a Reddit user and a former Rockstar developer announced that upcoming title will be called "Red Dead Redemption 2: Legends of the West." He also disclosed that the title has been in development for four years already and will be released in October.

Based on the leaked information, "Red Dead Redemption 2" will introduce two new characters, Irish and Seth. Irish is brought up in Ireland who moved to America when he is 15. Seth, on the other hand, is from Kansas City and works as a bank teller.

On a separate note, "Red Dead Redemption" was briefly playable on Xbox One but it was shut down on Sunday, Polygon reported.

"Microsoft tests all Xbox 360 games with our emulator to ensure a quality experience across a breadth of titles," Xbox Live programming director Larry Hyrb explained. "Due to an error, some of the games currently in test were accidentally made available."

The team already removed all access to those games and Hyrb apologized for the confusion. He promised to provide more information about the upcoming releases soon.
