Hot mom alert! How Carrie Underwood gets a rocking body and ready for CMA Awards

Celebrity mom, Carrie Underwood, is in her best shape. Not only she is going healthy for her son, she also said that one of her health inspiration is the upcoming CMAs.

In an interview with Poeople, Carrie Underwood, whose 20-month-old son, Isaiah Michael, joins her on the road said, "My shows are intense physically, and I'm running around all over the place and singing at the same time.

I need to be able to do that; I need to feel like, 'I got this. He's getting faster and bigger. He's running and climbing and jumping off stuff at me!"

For her to keep her healthy and fit body in shape, the celebrity working mom together with her trainer Eve Overland, travels with a mobile gym drag by a Ford -150 if she is on tour. Underwood added that the mobile gym is her splurge.

The routine of Carrie Underwood would usually be a 1 and a half to two hours of workout a day. It covers the warm-up and cools down and she really spends time working out every day.

In the report, when asked Carrie Underwood was asked regarding her motivations on why does she keep her body fit. She said that having goals pushes her, like CMAs where she will be a co-host of the 50th Annual Country Music Association Awards together with Brad Paisley on Nov. 2.

In addition, Underwood said that she will be wearing a lot of gorgeous dresses and still working on fittings. She added, " I'm still working on fittings; I need to get my hair done - Momma's got to kick it into high gear!"

However, Carrie Underwood spoils herself when cheat day arrives. She indulges herself with junk food, especially when her husband Mike Fisher plays for the Nashville Predators. Nachos, pizza and a glass of wine or beer are her preferred food during the game, according to Perez Hilton.
