American singer-songwriter and one of the most famous contemporary female recording artists, Taylor Swift has been into the midst of controversy. She was extremely angry on the leak of a photo. The singer has staked out that the photo has shown a radio DJ who had voluptuously bashed her.

Recently, Swift has prepared herself to fight against the issue thrown to her. While David "Jackson" Mueller has set himself ready for a battle against the singer-songwriter. Both of the parties would like the issue to be addressed formally in court with their lawsuits so that once and for all things will be cleared up.

According to Radar Online, Mueller had blamed the popular recording artist Swift for his termination from his work at the Colorado country music station (98.5 KYGO) with a salary of $150,000 per year. He had been into this work since 2013.

In addition, Mueller iterated that his bosses had instructed him to be present in a network event at Swift's concert on June 2, 2013. He said that he was permitted to take a guest, thus he took his girlfriend with him. He pointed out in his lawsuit that while at the backstage he and his girlfriend greeted Swift. In fact, they were able to have a photo with her and had it autographed.

The DJ insisted that their association with Swift was nice till the singer-songwriter bade them farewell. But, it seemed that the stereotype condition suddenly twisted later on when the bodyguard of the singer draw near to the radio DJ and accused him of latching on to the singer's hindquarters while they had taken photos together.

In the DJ's suit he had mentioned that he was evicted from the venue and had disclosed that his bosses in the station in the course of time had cut him from the service as a result of the allegations of Swift and her team.

Losing his career, the DJ demanded undefined damages in 2015. Swift fought back and disputed that Mueller poked her at the event in 2013. She counter-sued the radio DJ with voluptuous abuse during the concert night, thus she sought for remunerative and retaliatory damages.

Though both parties had made final preparations for the pending trial, the singer-songwriter had kicked off another salvo and ended up on a celebrity website which followed after the incident of the alleged touching was leaked. Despite of a court order that had strictly banned both concerned parties from releasing the image, still it plagued in the website.

The voluptuous abuse that was claimed by Swift had never happened Mueller said. He denied that it transpired. He said he never leaked the photo nor anyone connected to him. The DJ's lawyer had proved that it never happened at all.

The 26-year-old singer who was known for her narrative songs about her personal life which has drawn media attention, was in disgust to know the decision of Mueller and his lawyer of announcing the issue to public which showed a one-sided and self-serving version of events. She said it violated the intent behind the rule of the Court before prohibiting them to bring the case to the social media which would compromise the jury pool.

Moreover, Swift stressed out that the law needed to address accuser's public announcement and needed to impose suitable mandate that would govern statements which are extra judicial. Swift wanted that the law would strictly restrict both parties and legal counsels from issuing statements prior to the pending trial and while it is going to move forward to the court, said Mail Online.

On the other hand, Mueller has issued a statement that he has no problem with the restraining order. He said that he would naturally like to be in the trial as if he is just in a playing field.
