Just a month after the release of Enjoy 6, the Chinese smartphone maker Huawei has launched its successor, Huawei Enjoy 6s. The phone has been launched in partnership with China mobile which the world's biggest carrier by number of subscribers

The company has upgraded the Enjoy 6s with Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 compared to Mediatek MT6750 which powered its successor Enjoy 6. The internal memory of the device has now been upgraded to 32GB, double than that of its predecessor but both handsets sport 3GB of RAM.

The Huawei Enjoy 6s is 7.6mm thinner and 0.3mm slimmer than the Enjoy 6. The difference in the size has taken a toll on the battery which has now been reduced to 3,020 mAh compared to 4,100 mAh which powered Enjoy 6.

The position of the LED flash in Enjoy 6s has been changed to the left side of the camera sensor. The device now comes with an IPS display of 5.0 inches as opposed to the Super AMOLED technology used in the previous phone.

There are no changes in the camera department. The same 13 MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and 5 MP front camera clicks decent pictures. The dual-SIM functionality remains the same in the new phone.

The new phone shares striking similarities with Enjoy 6. It has a metal body with chamfered edges that give a sharp look to the phone and help in maintaining better grip of the device.

Huawei Enjoy 6s will be available in gold, silver and white for CNY 1,599. This figure at the current exchange rates means around $232 or €215. The new phone is priced CNY 300 extra than its predecessor which was priced at CNY 1,300 ($188 or €175). Just like the entire Enjoy range of Huawei, it's most likely that the company will never officially sell this phone outside of China.
