Many iPhone 6S users experienced its sudden shutdown, and Apple recently admitted that there are problems about the battery for the device.

The company doesn't have the intention to reveal what is behind the iPhone 6S unexpected shutdown until the Consumer Association in China imposed a grim warning towards them. Moreover, the Chinese owners of iPhone 6S coerced Apple to disclose the truth.

As for the people behind the manufacturing of the iPhone 6S, "ambient air" is the reason why the battery shutdown occurs.

"We discovered that a small number of iPhone 6S gadgets made in September and October 2015 comprised a battery part that was exposed to regulated ambient air beyond the normal process before being assembled into battery packs," explained the Apple in their Chinese Website.

Apple added that they managed to deal with the customers' concern very seriously as well as the minimal number of alerts of the iPhones' unexpected shutdown. They even desire to express gratitude to the agencies for raising the problems with them and their engagement to the Apple company.

According to Forbes, Apple discovered a small group of iPhone 6S users, who experienced the "30 percent bug." It eventually shut down with a 30 percent battery remaining. This problem is also widespread among iPhone SE, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 5S and iPhone 5 devices.

Moreover, it was reported that iPhone 6 plus users are experiencing glitches on their screen; they termed it as the "Touch Disease."

The Apple company arranged for a battery replacement plan all over the world for the iPhone 6S and also organizing for a diagnostic apparatus to have more schedules for them to determine a solution in the upcoming update as per the V3.

As for the battery replacement, iPhone 6S users can get the service for free, on the other hand, the owners of the iPhone 6 Plus need to pay $149.

The Apple company is still managing the concerns about other iPhone devices encountering the bug problem.
