'Train To Busan' News: Hollywood Version Was Confirmed; Gaumont Production Company Already Signed A Contract

The Hollywood remake of the Korean movie, "Train To Busan" was finally granted.

After the great achievement of the South Korean-made zombie film "Train to Busan," it was announced that there will be a Hollywood version.

According to News Everyday, numerous big Hollywood production companies joined in a bidding feud to acquire its movie rights for legality purposes.

After a tight selection, the Global film studio Gaumont won the bidding process. They will be the one to conduct the remake of "Train To Busan" and have officially autographed an agreement for the zombie apocalyptic movie.

Last Wednesday, December 7, in behalf of the New production company of the original "Train To Busan," Kim Woo Taek publicized that they were really delighted and greatly honored to be with the leading French film studio, Gaumont which has a considerable expertise in universal movie making.

A Gaumont's delegate, likewise, expressed their feelings being the chosen one to do the Hollywood version of the "Train To Busan" movie, as per the allkpop.

"We instantly fell in love with 'Train to Busan' the moment; we watched it at the 'Cannes Film Festival'. We will do our best to produce an exciting and entertaining film for the American audience."

"Train to Busan" is a plot about Seok Woo (Gong Yoo), who was a father of a little girl, Su An (Kim Soo An). They boarded on a train from Seoul to Busan to make a visit as his mother's birthday present.

However, a modest ride that time turned out to be a tragic trip when a widespread virus began transforming the travelers into zombies.

As per previous reports, "Train to Busan" is a fighting movie that includes suspense and sentimental scenes as wells as a picture of human's survival ability and a cupidity depiction. The zombies in the movie also described as "truly spine-tingling," making the zombies in "The Walking Dead" American series appear to be frail and tedious.
