Britney Spares and Tinashe have a long history recording collaborative tracks together but it seems the pop goddess does not actually know who the rising star is!

Although the artists' have spent a lot of time together, it did not stop Britney from mispronouncing Tinashe's name during an onstage Performance. There has been uproar on social media accusing Britney of not knowing completely who her partner is.

Tinashe recently joined Britney in a concert to perform the song, but Brit completely forgot her duet partner's name when they were on the stage together.

The hip-hop newcomer has been joining Britney in concert to perform their hot collaborative track "Slumber Party", and the music icon could not be more thankful.

During her concert over the weekend, Britney mispronounced Tinashe's name at the end of their performance. The blunder which could just be a slip of the tongue did not however, go unnoticed on Twitter!

Perez Hilton reported that, after the on-stage performance, Britney wrapped her hands around Tinashe. She wanted to thank Tinashe for her performance but she got her duets name extremely mispronounced. Britney screamed to the audience,

"Everyone give it up for Tinasha!!!"

This is an inevitable mistake that would have gone unnoticed in other instances, but it did not in the instant case. According to Aceshowbiz, fans hilariously reacted to the flub by telling Tinashe to change her name. A fan tweeted,

"I am sorry @Tinashe but your name is Tinasha from now on, Britney is never wrong,"

Another fan said,

"If Britney Spears mispronounced my name like she did with 'Kee-sha' or 'Tinasha', I would legally change my name to how the queen pronounced it."
The pop diva completely messed up her duet partner's name and now Twitter thinks Tinashe should change her name accordingly. So many things could account for this blunder especially after such an interesting and amazingly wonderful performance.
