This remake of The Mummy will be out on June 9, 2017, and it takes the world of gods and monsters to another unimaginable platform. The viewers will be reintroduced to an ecstatic version of Wolf Man, Frankenstein's Monster, the Invisible Man and more. Alex Kurtzman has already bagged a bunch of blockbusters to his credit and this is one of the marvels he has directed.

As the director talks to Crave, he expresses about his zeal to present something unexpected for the curious viewers. Therefore, he decides to put Tom Cruise (Lead) in a position where he has never been before, and that will be like a surprise box for everybody. Thus, Tom Cruise will be facing death and then will be reviving back to life.

Mr. Russell Crowe will be featured as Dr. Henry Jekyll who will be in charge of the organization that deals with monsters and their activities. Similarly, another twist involves the non-existence of imaginary monster characters such as Dracula and Frankenstein as per the information gathered from Digitalspy.

The essence of romance is still not evaporated and the movie is not presented in the form of a straight thriller. Viewers will be experiencing an unexpected romance without changing the genre of the movie. Although, the old monsters are rolled out some of the new monsters include the killer doll Chucky, the underground behemoths from 'Tremors', the alien from John Carpenter's 'The Thing' and even Norman Bates, the 'Psycho' himself.

The trailer reflects the story of the movie in a very grand manner, but when talked to the director Alex Kurtzman, he reveals that it is not as big as it seems to be. This Universal Monster movie will be accommodating the roles of the monsters based on their requirement in the movie.
