Apple Watch OS 3.1.1 Is Temporarily Unavailable Due To Bricking Complaints

Apple recently released watchOS 3.1.1 but the company pulled it from distribution after reports bricking device.

The company temporarily pulled the watch OS 3.1.1 update as per the MacRumors. It was reported that the watchOS 3.1 is the latest variant on stock. Therefore, it is impossible to carry out the update and uncertainty bricking the device.

All affected users of Apple watch were guided through the system with a red exclamation point displayed on the watch screen. This directed them to click on Apple's assistance site for Apple watch.

The recently updated assistance page of Apple instructs users to perform a force restart by pressing down and holding both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds. If the instruction didn't work, Apple advice the users to deliver the device for patch up.

However, there should be an access to the Apple watch diagnostic outlet and supposedly a requisite in the recovery procedure. The Apple store is gathering the faulty watch items and forwarding them for repair.

The Apple company still doesn't have an idea what causes the Apple's Watch OS 3.1.1 defect. This problem essentially affects Apple Watch Series 2 devices. IOS 10.2 and TVOS 10.1 were launched alongside with different bug fixes and function's development.

The total number of watch OS 3.1.1. users who experienced the bricking device is still unknown and there's no definite period how long the watch will be unavailable according to 9TO5Mac.

As for now, fans are hoping that Apple will probably release the update in the least possible time. It is for sure; the watch OS 3.1.1 will be made available once again as soon as the bug is totally removed.

Christmas time is fast approaching thus, Apple's watch OS 3.1.1 users should visit the company's assistance website or a retail shop to begin the process of replacement immediately.
