Everything is not all sunshine in the life of actress and ex wife Amber Heard. The actress has recently moved to the court over her unpaid divorce settlement from ex husband, Johnny Depp. Earlier, both Heard and Depp agreed to a settlement for $6.8 million.

Heard made an announcement that she would be donating the entire sum to two of her charity organization. That's not all, according to the agreement Heard was also prohibited from talking about ex husband, actor, Johnny Depp, in the public.

According to one of the reports received by a famous magazine, Heard has filed for a Request for Order in a court in Los Angeles on December 14. This was done to ensure that her ex husband pays for the remaining sum of the divorce settlement.

The actress Amber Heard's attorney also mentioned that Depp has not only missed out on the court enforced deadlines, but also failed to follow some of the mandates such as property division, transferring the Lance Rover to Heard's name, shipping belongings from their private property on the Bahamas island, just to name a few.

Apart from this, Heard's attorney also said that she is demanding a sum of $35,435 as part of the legal fees, which she wants in full. Now, the news about the settlement issue has come to light right after a close source told a leading magazine about the couple's decision to divorce.

If the people are to assume the reason behind Depp's inability to pay the settlement sum, it is believed it was due to what Heard wrote to a leading magazine. In one of the recent events, Heard wrote about her domestic violence experience without naming Depp.

It is believed that this is the main reason as why Depp hasn't sent her the money. Moreover, the actor is annoyed over Heard's inability to follow the agreement which is why he believes he doesn't owe any money to her.

Depp had earlier agreed to pay for the entire settlement money within 12 months. Along with this, Heard was supposed to pay the sum promised to the charity by 2018.
