All the slurs that has made their way towards Johnny Depp, post the Amber Heard debacle, the man with the "scissor hand" is willing to move on. Depp is selling off his Plan-de-la-Tour estate, which probably has a lot of memories attached to it and has been a huge part of the actor's life.

Johnny Depp with his personal life well hidden from the public eyes, has recently been under the fire. His divorce with his partner has gotten him into a lot of trouble, for the way it had started. Everybody was shocked to realise that one of the most adored person turned out to be abusive towards his beloved, as claimed by Heard. Anyway, things went south for Heard and what unravelled was a series of episodes which Depp should rather forget.

According to OOYUZ, the idea of starting a new life has probably been the motivating factor for which the best pirate on this planet is willing to sell off his estate. This is the particular estate which he had renovated quite recently, by spending a whopping sum of $10 million.

The luxarious villa has 15 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, all of which might have an essence of grandeur that has compelled Johnny Depp to sell the property for $40, million. He has even raised his two children, along with the help of then girlfriend, Vanessa Paradis, revealed PerezHilton.

The divorce settlement between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp had been taxing on the multifaceted man. This is the reason why, people from around the 'hood' are expecting that he has raised the price of the estate to make some profit out of this 'investment' or 'transaction' of this sorts. This will be beneficial for the actor, there is no doubt about that, but to think that he is doing it to keep his financial stability intact, is sort of outrageous, for he is the biggest star known, yet.
