Things doesn't seem to settle down peacefully for this ex Hollywood couple. Right from stealing the limelight while dating, to doing the same after splitting, the ex couple, Brad Pitt and Angelia Jolie doesn't seem to stop.

According to the latest news, Brad Pitt has filed for fresh documents to seal the divorce proceedings with ex wife, Angelina Jolie.

In the document which the CNN has got hold of, Pitt has mentioned that his ex wife, Jolie has been "determined to ignore even agreed upon standards relating to the children's best interest." That's not all, the Hollywood actor also went ahead to say that his estranged wife, Jolie doesn't have any self control.

He further stated that Jolie also doensnt have any control when it comes to preventing herself from disclosing private matters in public. This has been in accordance with the names of the family therapists that were disclosed in the public.

The latest controversy has come up a couple of weeks after Pitt was denied going in for an emergency hearing to complete the divorce proceedings.

As per the court documents obtained by ET, Jolie's well wishers opposed the hearing and claimed that it was Pitt's idea to protect himself rather than his kids, from the public eyes.

Presently, the couple had been following a temporary custody arrangement that was made in October. Now, according to the agreement, Jolie has received temporary custody over the kids, while Pitt was allowed ocassional visits.

Last November, Jolie had filed a complaint with the FBI and Department of Child and Family Services  against Pitt for physical abuse of the kids. However, the investigation had been closed since there were no proofs to support the claim.

As per the latest news doing the rounds, Brad Pitt has been trying hard to obtain a joint custody of their kids. However, Jolie has already asked for the custody of the children with Brad given supervised visits.

The court hearing on this matter is expected in January and till then both their fans need to wait with  a baited breath.
