The dirty battle between Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard continues. Last week Johnny refused to pay $7M settlement amount and now he wants Amber Heard to pay $100K in legal fees.

As written in Fox News, Johnny Depp's attorney, Laura Wasser filed new documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday. Depp is asking the court to order Amber to pay $100,000 towards his attorneys' fees and costs.

Written in that document that Depp wants to be allowed to deduct that amount from his next settlement payment if Heard fails to pay it in 10 days. Next court hearing on this motion is scheduled on January 13, 2017.

Attorney of Pirates' star, Wasser questioned Amber's behavior saying that she acted erratically and uncooperatively throughout the case. They also added that her most recent court filing of an RFO-Request for Order was entirely unnecessary.

"The impact of her relentless pursuit on Johnny -- the damage her false allegations have caused his personal and professional reputation, his and his family's emotional well-being, and his finances-appears to be of no interest to Amber", Johnny's lawyers stated in the court filing.

The former couple, 53-year-old actor Johnny and 30-year-old actress Amber previously signed a Deal Point Memorandum about the payment and responsibilities each party had to uphold. But according to Amber Heard's lawyer, Johnny did not follow some of them.

According to Hollywood.com, Johnny and Amber have been embroiled in legal proceedings since May when 'The Rum Diary' actress filed divorce from the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star after 15 months of marriage. It was just days after she accused him of verbally and physically abusing her.

As mentioned in the previous article, Heard declared that she will donate the entire amount to charity. Depp decided to pay the amount directly to the charity instead of sending it to her.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's next court hearing is on January about Johnny's request to pay $100K to his attorneys. Till now, there is no reaction from Amber's side on this.
