The official twitter account for the 'Alien' franchise just released a new photo from the next year's 'Alien : Covenant'. The photo is a room with its windows full with blood stains. The room itself seems to be a medical room. Blood + Med Room? It sounds familiar with a trademark scene from another 'Alien' movies where there's a scene where the crew surrounds a particular member who seems to be sick, and all of the sudden there's an alien pops out from his chest with blood splatter all over the place. Will that scene make its way back to the new movie? let's just wait and find out when its released at May next year.

These few days is quite an exciting time to be a livelong 'Alien' fan. A few days back James Franco confirmed his involvement in 'Alien : Covenant' being Katherine Waterston's husband and captain of the spaceship Covenant, the namesake of the movie's title. And today the release of a new photo that brings a nostalgic feel to the fans. Although.that picture might get the movie a R-Rating according to slashfilm.

"2204612072104" The same mysterious number sequence with the earlier photos. Also with numbers that ended with 2104. A few suggestions for that particular number, that it's the year movie is set. Movieweb suggests that the numbers is a code for the release of 'Alien : Covenant' trailer. But Fox, being the producer of the movie haven't made any confirmations about that matter.

This movie directly connects to the first 'Alien' movie which launched way back in 1979 by the reports from comingsoon. So 'Alien : Covenant' is the sequel for 'Prometheus' but at the sametime also the prequel for the 1979's 'Alien' movie. So in short, this is the first and only trilogy by Ridley Scott. This bloody outer space thriller hits theaters worldwide May 19, 2017
