Google I/O is the event where Google launches its gadgets, latest updates, and lots more. The previous Google I/O 2016 was held on Google's 10th Anniversary of first developer day at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View. Google has decided to stick to its traditional location which means the upcoming Google I/O 2017 will be held in Moscone Centre in San Francisco.

Last Year, Google unveiled its Android Nougat 7.0 at the Google I/O event and this year, it will be amazing to notice more out of the event. Google I/O 2016 was held at Shoreline Amphitheatre that can cater 7,000 people plus the managers, designers from Google. The location huge when compared to Moscone West in San Francisco that can handle 6,075 people at its full capacity, TechCrunch reported. Google has been organizing the Google I/O event at Moscone West for over 8 years and finally it has return from Shoreline Amphitheatre where its 10th Edition was organized.

The traditional Moscone West is smaller than Shoreline but it has features like Climate Control which work in its favor. Citing its size, many developers might lose the opportunity. Android Authority stated that the Shoreline event included long lines in the hot sun which made it little difficult for people and it had inadequate session seats citing its outdoor setting which is completely opposite to what Moscone West offers.

The upcoming Google I/O 2017 has a lot of surprises for developers. Google has currently developing gadgets and technology in many sectors. In order to outrun Microsoft, Google started its own Artificial Intelligence wing which unveiled Google Assistant. Google is making efforts to advance its Artificial Intelligence like TensorFlow which is one of the many AI projects. The tickets to usual Moscone 2-day festival is $900 which can be purchased at $300 for academic admissions but they are limited in number.

At the Google I/O 2016, it was a 3-day festival, however, it is believed that 2-day festival might return in the upcoming Google event. Google unveiled a lot of techs last year where many underwent delays in production and many were subjected to issues, however, this year Google will showcase the tech to release in 2017 and expectation have raised. Stay Tuned and updated.
