Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are having a hard time following the rules stated in their joint custody agreement.

It is Christmas time and supposedly bonding time moment for the Brangelina kids with their parents. However, since the divorce, the kids cannot do it with both parents present at the same time. This particular Christmas, Angie was furious and 'flips out' that her four kids, with the exception of Pax and Maddox got to spend time with their dad.

According to Jezebel, the Kung Fu Panda actress got furious, she even tried to revoke what has been previously agreed on between her and Brad with a therapist to let kids visit their father's house. She tried to change the terms and let the kids visit her, instead but authorities firmly refused her.

Angie's 'meltdown' is part of her passionate fight to be granted sole custody of her six children contrary to what the Allied actor wanted, a joint custody. In a report by Comic Book, Brad also had his share of meltdown when the court did not listen to his plea to seal the documents for the joint custody agreement-signs that the custody battle will not be an easy one to settle.

It can be remembered that it was on September 19 when Angelina Jolie filed for a divorce from Brad Pitt. Jolie is said to have thought Pitt is an unfit father after the actor was reportedly drunk and yelled at Maddox while on board a private plane four days before the divorce filing, The Hollywood Gossip said.

Other sources believed that the alleged physical assault to son Maddox is just the icing of the cake and actually, Brad and Angie were facing issue all these years but did not made them public lest they destroy their perfect image.

A source once remembered that the "Maleficent" actress was jealous to her husband when he got an award for the blockbuster, "12 Years A Slave".
