Samsung Galaxy A Series are highly sophisticated smartphones. The smartphone will receive a major revamp in 2017. Touted as its original moniker, the Samsung Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5, and Galaxy A7 are speculated to make the leap change at the CES 2017 on January 5.

Samsung has claimed that the upcoming Galaxy A Series (2017) will be waterproof with either IP67 or IP68 protection. The South Korean Tech Giant believes in delivering smartphones with par excellence that performs really well, however, sources claim that although the A Series will launch on the stipulated date, however, it will reveal in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and not Las Vegas where CES 2017 takes place. Here is an explicit guide on what's under the hood of the revamped Galaxy A Series (2017).

Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017)

The revamped and upgraded version is likely to sport a 4.7-inch HD Super AMOLED Display. The smartphone will have an in-house Exynos 7870 Chipset clocked at 1.5Ghz Octa-Core processor. To supports its operations, the device is equipped is 2GB RAM which although is common, however, as Galaxy A3 is the base variant, it barely has few changes. The smartphone is equipped with 13-megapixel rear camera whereas front selfie camera will have an 8-megapixel camera as reported by GSMArena. The upcoming Galaxy A3 (2017) will sport a 16GB of Internal Memory that can be expanded through microSD. The price is expected to reach around 379 Euros.

Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017)

Big brother to the base variant Galaxy A3, the upcoming Galaxy A5 (2017) will have slightly upgraded features such as a 5.2-inch Full-HD AMOLED display with 16-megapixel front and rear camera setup which shows upgrades in the camera and the display section.  The device has also received upgrades in term of RAM that is 3GB from the earlier 2GB and an Exynos 7880 SoC clocked at 1.9Ghz Octa-Core Processor and an Internal storage of 32GB which is twice to what the 2016 iteration had, GSMArena quoted.

Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017)

Unfortunately for those already using the 2016 iteration of Galaxy A7, the upcoming version has shown slight changes which are heartbreaking. The upcoming smartphone features a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED Display throwing 1080x1920 pixels which is a full-HD display, however, it is the same found in the 2016 iteration. The smartphone has upgraded Internal Storage from earlier 16GB to the new 32GB/64GB Internal Storage option and a 3GB RAM. The price of 2016 iteration was $499 so the upcoming model might fetch a little more as it will include water-resistant properties, as stated by IBTimes.

Although the three upgrades in the Galaxy A series (2017) are not too great, the devices have garnered many fans following and with the water-resistant smartphone, nothing else is great.
