China's space program has lately gained speed, however, Russia and U.S.A are already in outer space guarding and operating on ISS.

The White Paper suggests that China has plans to land a probe in the farthest corner of the Moon which is yet to discover. It also includes the launch of a probe on Mars by 2020.
