Samsung Galaxy S8 To Have ' Samsung Desktop Experience' much like Microsoft's Continnum; Sparks Tension Between These two Tech Gaints

Samsung will unveil the Samsung Galaxy S8 in April 2017 and it is the most awaited smartphone alongside Apple iPhone 8. The smartphone has a plethora of features and adding one more is a technology that will change customer's outlook on how an Android works is used.

After a recent leak, a fierce battle between Microsoft and Samsung has been ignited. It is particularly the "Samsung Desktop Experience" which is an operating mode that has ignited the rumors. To Keep its technology vertical-paced, Samsung will release the Galaxy S8 with Extended Workspace that lets the smartphone virtually connect to the mouse, keyboard, and an external monitor and operating them simultaneously.

What led to the spat is that the upcoming Samsung phone deals with the same workspace as the Microsoft Continuum which lets the users of any Windows 10 mobile handset to connect to any external interface, Forbes quoted. Samsung is advancing in terms in Technology and so is Microsoft which recently released a statement declaring the launch of ARM Chips for Mobile Devices that can withstand the full-blown Windows 10 with all its operations, functionalities, and applications.

The All About Windows Phone quoted that earlier, Windows Phones were able to connect with External Monitors running a Windows OS, after the tip-off of Samsung Galaxy S8 to connect with Windows or other monitors, it will be a first time that a non-Windows smartphone will connect with Windows monitor. The Microsoft Continuum has a hold on cloud-based apps and other enterprise-oriented features which might be a push to increase its sales. 

Further, Samsung might include multi-windowed workspace via USB Type-C port. Windows smartphones will soon feature Multi-windowing capabilities in its Continuum Workspace which might go into production by March/April.
