Menopausal Symptoms Can Last For Many Years

 Menopause was a ceasing menstruation that commonly found in aging women. But most of them are having an attitude as they experience the symptoms of end period.

A professor of Social Sciences and Health policy at Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and the lead researcher, Nancy Avis says that women should not be shocked if their hot flashes end. According to CBS News, there is study shows four out of five women undergone with hot flashes and night sweats in the years before their period end while leaving with 12-14 years of distressing symptoms.

The menopausal period begins one year after the end of last period and occurs in women early at the 40s to 50s. According to Medical News Today, menopause symptoms commonly last for many years and started years before the end period while there are some cases it will frequently continue for years after.

Women are likely to know how long they would be suffering the symptoms of the menopausal period when they met the first sign of perimenopause. Meanwhile, first signs will begin at mid-thirties and late fifties. 

Fist signs were probably the changing in the menstrual cycle, changes of mood and the hot flashes while some women have all experience these sign but some of them don't encounter it. Vaginal dryness and urinary symptoms may hold to perimenopause but most were lesser and gone in 12 months after the last period.

There are reports saying that women having hot flashes in their 60s and 70s but it was normal for women to discontinue having them about five years. Even others experience it early at their age of 30s and 40s, they will have the healthy version of menopause.

Meanwhile, they advise women to go see a medical check-up regarding their health difficulties or anxiety. There are many signs that can be normal menopausal that might lead to other medical conditions.
