The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 9 Update: "The Simple Intimacy of the Near Touch" or Hell itself?

Another nail to the coffin of what "The Vampire Diaries" is to become, ones it airs the very last episode, here is a fair idea about what Episode 9 of Season 8 has to offer. This episode will be called, "The Simple Intimacy of the Near Touch".

To start with, the episode has been named after what Carol Lockwood had said during the first season's Miss Mystic Falls Pageant. This event will play a gigantic role in episode 9 of "The Vampire Diaries"  as well. Now, a major character might be missing from the very first season- Elena, but her thought will get revived. Sybil will be playing with Damon's head, teasing about his thoughts of Elena, revealed Movie Web.

According to All About Tv, Stefan and Damon will return to Mystic Falls, where it had all return. But they could not get out of the charms of Sybil. On the other hand, the pretty, petite lady is still in search of the historical artefact. That being said, Bonnie will return from Paris, with a vile of Enzo's blood. Caught in action, Caroline will be bound to think that Bonnie might be contemplating about converting herself into a vampire.

Had Bonnie converted herself from a witch to a vampire, this would mean that Elena will come back. The only thing that has gotten Elena locked up in her doom of a state like death, is the fact that Bonnie's life is tied to hers. One has to die for the other one to survive. There are chances that Elena will make her return on the show, for the final episode.

A lot of topsy turvy is going on in the lives of the Vampires and the Werevolves and the Hybrids and of course the new addition to the crown, the Devil, probably, himself. It can only be said that this one is going to be one tumultuous ride into a whirlwind, as the show airs on January 20, at 8 pm.
