45 New Banks Added To Android Pay Support List: Check Out The Full List

Before a year, it was very rare for people to find Android Pay support of their Bank. Things are far better now. Total of 45 new banks are added to the list of Android Pay supported banks.

For the people who don't know what Android Pay is, this is the explanation. Android Pay is a digital wallet platform developed by Google. It allows users to make payments with Android devices. The user can add debit, credit, loyalty and gift cards to Android Pay.

The user can pay with the help of Android device in stores by keep doing the work. The user just has to make sure that the device is unlocked and hold it to the terminal. There is no need to open Pay app. Android Pay is accepted at millions of store around the globe where contactless payments are accepted.

At first, the chances of having an account in Android Pay supported banks were very low. But now 45 banks have been added which supports Android Pay.

As written in GSM Arena, Android Pay was first launched in September 2015 in the US. After then, Google started to expand the service around the world. Pay service arrived in New Zealand, Poland and Ireland in the last few month.

Users have to add debit and credit card issued by these banks to the Android Pay app. After that, they just need to tap their phone near NFC terminal to pay.
