According to the Independent, the high society magazine Tatler has published a list of baby names for the year 2017, which can sound weird. The reason behind this is some of the names are centuries old and some of the names are less heard nowadays, which was used a long time ago.

MSN states that Tatler has commented regarding the names that they want to make old centuries' names popular again. These stylish luxurious and elegant sounding names are already known to man as it was used centuries ago.

For baby girls, Tatler has suggested names such as Queenie, Scar, Czar-Czar, and Koala. For baby boys, names suggested are such as Npeter, Ra, Innsbruck, and Uxorious.

The list not only contains weird name list but also some normal name lists such as David and John which makes some sense to the list of baby names for the year 2017.  The weird sounding names on Tatler's list are not only names; they are having interesting meanings and histories behind it.

Let's look at the name Tansy and Vervain mentioned in Tatler's list. These names have been derived from herbaceous plants but these are most uncommon names when compared to Rose or Lily, which are also derived from the same type of plants.

Gethsemane may sound familiar but this is the garden's name, where Jesus got arrested. This garden is located near Jerusalem on the Mount of Olives. This list has got a mixture of names from old centuries to new ones and most familiar one. Parents of 2017 can have a look at the list, no one knows if anyone finds a choice of their baby name from the list.
