Looking for a smartphone that packs a punch yet goes easy on the pockets? Acer may have seen one of your wishlist and interestingly it responded in style!

Acer Liquid M330 with Windows 10 OS is an entry level smartphone available at the Microsoft US store. Priced at $99 this model sports a 4.5 inch, 854X480 pixel display powered by 1.1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 chipset with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB expandable memory.

Acer Liquid M330 has a 5 megapixel camera both at the front and the back, the rear one having auto focus and LED flash. Other than its cheap price tag, it offers features like dual-SIM support, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and micro USB 2.0 connectivity, along with a decent 2000mAh battery.

The phone body is made of plastic which is very common at this price range but as reported by Phone Arena what deserves mention is that the rugged polymer material gives the phone a considerable good look. Its chrome painted sides and curvy looks enhance the overall beauty. This phone is also quite good at keeping signals and thus call drop might not be a cause of concern for the user.

In the mobile market infested with Android and dominated by Iphone, Gizguide mentions Acer Liquid as a well engineered budget-phone that can make new inroads for the Windows OS. M330 is considered to be a valuable addition to the not so glam Windows lineup. The phone also supports 4G LTE and as reported earlier, the call quality is pretty good.

The thickness of 9.6 mm may put-off some of the aesthetic hungry customers lusting after the superthin phones. Screen glare will test eyes specially under the sun. Despite these shortcomings, Acer Liquid stands out at this price point and offers the best value for money in the budget-phone category.
