'Samsung Galaxy Tab S3' Gets Wifi Certified And Is Expected To Launch In First Quarter Of 2017

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 could be announced at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in February 27, 2017, and it has received Wi-Fi certification from the WiFi Alliance (WFA).

The latest development shows an LTE model of Galaxy Tab S3, carrying a model number of SM-T825 getting Wi-Fi certification. As per Sammobile reports, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has been already received Bluetooth certification, and could launch at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in February 27, 2017. At this point, the specifications of Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 are not clear but rumours hint at updated specifications.

Unfortunately, we don't know anything about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, other than that the particular model has passed through the Wi-Fi Alliance is rumored to sport a 9.7-inch display. Hopefully we'll hear more about its specifications in the coming weeks. It's expected by the end of the first quarter.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 could be announced in two screen sizes one is 8-inch and another one is 9.7-inch with Super AMOLED panels. According to rumours, Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 can come up with 3GB RAM could get Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor, and the 4GB RAM variant may be powered by an Exynos processor. It is also expected to sport 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera and could also sport USB-C port for charging and data transfer, according to GSMArena.

At CES 2017, Samsung has announced new ChromeOS based convertibles, but they didn't talk specifically about new tablets, and also Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has even appeared on import-export listing website Zauba indicating a price of Rs 34,000. Samsung Tablets have not been highly successful but Samsung can focus on its own UI.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab series, is expected to be a slim waistline, perhaps even below 6 mm. The price will be high of course.
