Just a click on the Chinese WeChat app and the users will be guided to a world of hassle free texting. This rich user app is the latest talk of the tech world as it doesn't require downloading or installing, whatsoever.

Wechat, is the popular messaging and video calling app that is quite similar to the well known, WhatsApp. Like Whatsapp, WeChat too supports text messages, photo and video sharing. Interestingly, the app is extremely user-friendly and anyone with little tech or no tech knowledge can use it.

WeChat makers, Tencent, on Monday had released what they termed as mini programs. Well, it seems Apple just wouldn't allow anyone to use the term "app".

According to Mashable, this mini program, as it is called, works just within the app and a closer look at it shows that it includes a somewhat Prisma type photo editing app, Pomodoro Timer productivity app. Well, there's more to it. The mini program also includes a search engine to search flights as well as recipes. Now, that's quite interesting!

With this mini program by its side, the already dominant, WeChat app continues its victory over the several Chinese handsets. Where users use this messenger app for regular tasks such as paying at restaurants as well as enjoying a ride Didi Chuxing ride.

Interestingly, as per Yahoo News, WeChat has come up with its own app store in China since the actual version of the Google Play Store on Android gadgets, has been blocked. Most of the Smartphone users go around using and downloading from third party Android stores.

However, WeChat is  one of those super popular apps that have the capability to draw attention of the users by and large, from other similar apps. With the turn of events presently, users can easily expect WeChat to take over  to being the largest distributor of apps in China.

As per Tencent's annual report, the company had said that about half of WeChat users have been using the app for about 90 minutes every day.
