Upcoming Huawei P10 and Huawei P10 Plus Slated to Release Later in 2017; 5.5-inch Quad-HD Display with 6GB RAM & Kirin 960 SoC

Huawei is regarded as one of most acclaim smartphone brands thanks to its exceptional design and unpredicted specifications inculcated in a slim smartphone and which competes hands-on with likes of Samsung and Apple. The brand is planning to unveil the Huawei P10 and Huawei P10 Plus as the successor of Huawei P9 in coming weeks.

BGR reported the speculated specifications of Huawei P10 after it surfaced on the Internet and then Pichard Yu, Huawei's senior VP, confirmed some of the specifications. Although earlier it was just P10 which was to released in 2017, recent reports claim that Huawei will release the P10 Plus as well.

What's more? Huawei P10 and P10 Plus will include Alexa - Amazon's Artificial Assistant which already garnered positive response when it was launched with Amazon Echo and other products. If rumors are to believe, the Huawei P10 might furnish a bezel-less display and could potentially have a dual-curved display similar to Galaxy S7 Edge. If true, it will surely look an amazing and classy smartphone to purchase.The Huawei P10 device sports a 5.5" Quad-HD dual-curved edge display which is powered by the high-powered HiSilicon Kirin 960 SoC. The device might show up in two RAM variant that is 4GB and 6GB. The device assumed to have wireless charging feature while the battery capacity remains undisclosed.

To put things in perspective, its predecessor, Huawei P9 sported a 5.2" 1080p Display along with HiSilicon Kirin 955 SoC paired with 3GB RAM. On the contrary, the Huawei P10 is truly more powerful and Huawei has done much work on making it more efficient, unlike Samsung which recently unveiled the Samsung Galaxy A Series (2017) which has slightly higher specifications compared to its 2016 iteration which disappointed Samsung fans.

The Huawei P10 Plus according to GSMArena will have a built-in Android Nougat 7.0 paired with Huawei's in-house OS and might allow 7.1 Nougat update once it is officially launched, however, the date of release remains a mystery. On the other hand, Huawei P10 Plus will feature an Octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 960 processer paired with Mali-G71 MP8 GPU. The photo clarity remains impressive as per the portfolio of Huawei's previous smartphone lineup. Again, the front selfie camera will have 8-megapixel embedded for better 1080p pixel-resolution.
