Woody Harrelson is all set to move up the galaxy this time. Yes, the actor is all set to become a part of Han Solo's "Star Wars". Well, at least that's what the Starwars.com has to say to his fans.

According to a joint statement released by Christopher Miller and Phil Lord, "We couldn't be more excited to work with an artist with as much depth and range as Woody". The duo further added, "His ability to find both humor and pathos, often in the same role, is truly unique. He is also very good at ping pong." The statement was published on Starwars.com.

Interestingly, no details of the character were disclosed when the cast was reported last week, a close source has reported The Hollywood Reporter. But it was reported that Woody,55, would play an important role as that of a mentor to Alden Ehrenreich aka Han Solo.

Harrelson's casting has come after the Kathleen Kennedy, Lucasfilm chief, who is also supposed to be the producer put up a tweet mentioning that flick to come with a western kind feel. That's quite amazing!

According to Mail Online, Kennedy also mentioned that the flick  gives a western feel or something similar to a heist. She also talked about Remington and the colors that he has used in his paintings which are used to give a similar feel to the film.

However, cinematographer, Brad Young feels that the director duo, Miller and Lord would make this latest flick insurrectionary. He has requested the audience not to get fooled by what they see.

The movie is supposed to be a grand one having several layers of excitement. It would be complex and at the same time interesting. Young further said that the film is expected to be dramatic, unexpected, uneasy and something the audience probably isn't expecting.

As of now, the untitled flick is all set to scorch the screen in late 2018.
