Roberto Esquivel Cabrera is transformed into an internet sensation all thanks to his humungous junk. The 54-year-old Mexican has been the subject of numerous news report in the past particularly because of his half meter genitalia and now he is once again thrown in the limelight due to his refusal to undergo operation to reduce the size of his junk.

Cabrera's first brush with internet stardom was way back 2015 when a video of him allegedly weighing his lengthy junk went viral. According to reports, Cabrera quashed the record of American TV presenter and actor Jonah Falcon whose genitalia is said to measure 13.5 inches when erect.

Cabrera was reportedly obsessed with his penis size when he was growing up. According to him, he wrapped bands around his genitalia and made use of weights to lengthen his junk. Cabrera even stated that in Latin culture the man with the longest male genitalia is the most macho.

Though he may not be officially known as the man with the longest junk as Guinness does not recognize the said record, still, Cabrera's penis size has already catapulted him to instant internet stardom.

According to recent reports, Doctors have recommended for Cabrera to undergo a surgery to reduce the size of his genitalia. After a medical examination, Doctors have discovered that majority of his 18.9 inch penis is just foreskin.

Surgically reducing his long penis, according to Doctors, would be of great help to Cabrera as the sheer size of his junk has already resulted to numerous health risks. Also, having a normal penis size will allow Cabrera to have sexual intercourse and eventually have a family.

Vivid Entertainment reportedly offered to pay the price for his operation but Cabrera refused. Cabrera even stated that he would like to be a porn star and would like to go back to US to earn a lot of money.
