The possible air date of "Rick and Morty" Season 3 was officially hinted, and fans can help but rejoice over the Claymation's latest announcement. Though it was previously speculated that the series would air on January 9, 2017, fans were disappointed as the expected episode was not aired.

The latest speculation in regards to Rick and Morty's upcoming episode failed its viewers as the series didn't hit the screens last January 9. As of the latest update by Den of Geek, however, it was announced that "Rick and Morty" Season 3 is bound to return by March of this year. In addition to their latest announcement, it was also added that the Claymation will be heading to Hawaii.

The possible release date and the trip to Hawaii may already be revealed, but it seems like the show will still stick around for future episodes. Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland opened up about their excitement stating that the fans' support is what's keeping them going. Roiland then added that he is looking forward to continuing the adventured of the lead characters in "Rick and Morty" Season 3, as mentioned in Trip Media.

"It's an honor to see "Rick and Morty" join the exclusive club of shows over nineteen episodes," co-creator of the series, Dan Harmon stated during an interview. Other co-creator "Rick and Morty" Season 3 Justin Roiland then added, "I am blown away by the seemingly instant success of Rick and Morty. I look forward to continuing their adventures!"

During an exclusive interview with Den of Geek, Dan Hamon opened up about the struggles that the series faces as they longed to have fresh faces on the team. He then explained that they are pushing for gender balance as they hire both male and female writers to join them in "Rick and Morty" Season 3.

"We hired a bunch of new writers," "Rick and Morty" Season 3 creator Dan Harmon told Den of Geek in an exclusive interview. "There was a craving for a gender balance in the writers' room that we had never had, but I'm also very proud of the fact that we didn't compromise ourselves following that craving. We just looked harder and I don't know if it was coincidence or because the show was popping up on the radar of a lot of great female writers noticing, 'Well, they don't have any women writers in there. I'm gonna submit something.' It was probably a combination of all those factors."

Updates in regards to the future of "Rick and Morty" are awfully slim as the makers, Adult Swim and the production staff remained mum in regards to the series' future. Stay tuned and follow Latinos Post for more updates on the "Rick and Morty" Season 3.
