Courtney Peterson, the author of the study and the professor of nutrition sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, opines this fact. She uttered that the timing of meals unveils some positive results. Usually, a good number of people eat throughout the day that ultimately gives no significant result.

According to Courtney Peterson, it is better to eat food earlier in the day. Most of the people maintain a proper time frame to eat their meals. This timing of meals is very necessary to burn extra fat and to avail a sound health.

She explained that timing of meals is essential because it maintains "the circadian rhythm". Actually, the human body has an internal clock which follows the 24-hour cycle. This internal clock system performs some specific works at different times of the day.

As a professor of the nutrition science, she makes it clear that morning is the best time to maintain the blood sugar control. Even morning is the best session that creates little higher energy to digest food. She actually tries to indicate the importance of the timing of meals.

UAB School of Health Professions said a research on mice has proved that eating throughout the day must increase the weight. In a word, the timing of meals helps to burn the extra calorie and extra fat. The final result is it decreases the weight.
