The United States President-elect Donald Trump's political ship is slowly sinking. Republicans are already leaving him and the issues of his leadership are being questioned.

According to Huffington Post, the impeachment of President Trump is gaining a momentum in taking hold of his presidency. His way of making decisions through his impulse seems do not fit to impress the majority and which it has been noted that he is psychiatrically incapable of checking whether something is legal before he does it.

Trump's loyal political allies and advisers spend half of their time trying to prime him of what should be the best ways but they just cannot. Instead, Trump announced Reince Priebus for White House Chief of Staff which made his advisers' disappointment that made them questioned insider's loyalty to the president-elect.

Reince Priebus is the very critic of political career since the start of the campaign. He even publicly criticized Trump saying that Trump was not the head of the Republican party and that Trump must change his tone. But after Trump has been elected as the US president, Reince Priebus switched sides and announced that the National Republican Committee will continue to support Trump.

Reality sets into Donald Trump as he continues to battle the issues of his presidency. Trump decreed impulsive orders, un-vetted by legal, policy or political staff with much less serious planning. The more reckless behaviors he has the stronger the checks become.

Recently, in an article published in the Independent.co.uk, Trump selectively ban Muslim refugees except for countries like Saudi Arabia and Egypt where he allegedly has a business interest. This made Texas congressman Joaquin Castro, a Democratic serving in the House of Representative, joined the calls for Trump's impeachment for allegedly exceeding his constitutional authority with a temporary ban on refugees and immigration from seven Muslim countries.

Mr. Castro is one of the democrats calling for congress to investigate if Trump intentionally exceeded his constitutional authority to implement the temporary ban that sparked the global protest. "I have tremendous respect for the presidency but our Republic cannot tolerate a President who ignores direct judicial orders but, if President Trump ordered the Customs and Border Protection to ignore the judicial order he should be censured as a warning. And if he does it again Congress should remove him", Joaquin Castro explains.

Alongside with the immigration issues, President Donald Trump also decapacitated Obamacare. Trump's plan to change the healthcare system also brought his presidency to the spotlight of impeachment. Trump also proposed to Reinstate torture, however, the Republican leaders dispute the idea. Trump agreed to defer his torture policy to his defense advisers.

In his office, Trump has already been bombarded with many issues. Trump's putting his own business interest over the country's welfare and the unlikely alliance of Puttin bordering treason are enough to raise an impeachment.

As an added response, Free Space for People launched a citizen campaign for impeachment and there are already 400,000 people already signed the petition. Also, a bipartisan group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington has been investigating. Senior legal scholars of this group have already filed a detailed legal brief in their lawsuit, documenting Trump's violation in Emoluments Clause.
